Chocolate Mousse

1 lb dark chocolate :  chopped fine, in large bowl melt over hot water

Add in:

  • zeste of 1 orange
  • 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 2 eggs well beaten    stir until smooth

Fold in:

2 cups  whipping cream :  Whipped

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
